On September 21st I had the honor of photographing the 20th Anniversary celebration for Breast Cancer Connections (BCC), a local nonprofit that Jill Freidenrich and M.Ellen Mahoney, M.D. founded to help woman diagnosed with breast cancer. The amazing Judy Marcus and Fran Codispoti put on an outstanding event. Under the tent at the Marcus' home, guests were treated to a delicious meal catered by McCall's, personal stories from Marta Nichols and Carol Bartz, a raffle that included magnum's from Kosta Browne Winery and a diamond necklace valued at $10k donated by Padis Jewelry and a Fund a Need led by Auctioneer Rick Werner that raised funds that will help BCC continue its' good work and expand services to ovarian cancer.
